I’m a seasoned builder, developer, and entrepreneur with over 40 years of experience in the construction and real estate industry. Throughout my career, I’ve built more than 550 homes, apartment complexes, and commercial buildings across Arizona, Nevada, and Colorado. My passion for affordable housing led me to establish Affordable Housing LLC, where I focus on creating high-quality, energy-efficient, and sustainable housing solutions for seniors, veterans, Section 8 families, and those in need.

My mission is simple: to provide affordable, dignified, and sustainable homes that foster independence and community. I believe that everyone deserves a safe and comfortable place to call home, and I’m dedicated to making that a reality through innovative housing solutions such as modular homes, 3D-printed homes, and ADUs.
